Modular Bathroom pods are custom designed using latest advancement in 3D CAD software, each pod variant is created in 3D cad to exact dimensions of architectural drawings. Parametric software generates fabrication drawing for workshop manufacture. 3D cad model is used to configure welding jigs and also offline simulation of robot weld paths.

Pod has robust welded frame, it is constructed from Galvanised square hollow section, (RHS) latest advancement in robot welding technology CMT (cold metal transfer) is utilised, this process minimises stress and distortion in parent metal. Configurable weld jigs, maintain dimensional accuracy of sub assemblies to below one millimetre.
